Job Summary
Batesville Products is seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join and support our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels to enhance our brand presence in the aluminum casting industry. You will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and driving lead generation through social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote our custom aluminum casting services. This includes the creation and facilitation of webinars.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content to improve engagement and reach within the manufacturing and engineering communities.
- SEO and Website Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic traffic, ensuring our services are easily discoverable by potential clients.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics to track key metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Email Marketing: Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking, to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
- Content Creation: Support content marketing efforts by writing blog posts, social media content, and marketing copy that highlight our expertise in aluminum casting and related services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to create compelling digital assets and landing pages that effectively communicate our value proposition. Work with the Sales team to prepare and promote trade shows. This includes the notifications, follow-up, giveaway items, booth conditions, etc.
- Industry Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Internal/Community Branding: Support co-workers via content creation for training and hiring ads. Manage employee swag and lead company provided celebrations. Promote BPI within the community by planning and participating in local community initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM software.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
