Millard Laugle started Batesville Products, Incorporated as Batesville Ornamental Works in 1946. Justin Weber acquired control of the company in the early 1960s. Over the years, the permanent mold foundry brought the ten Weber children into the business. Over the years, BPI has grown to 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Our two locations cover six acres of ground. We pour 80,000 pounds of aluminum alloy each week.

Batesville Products is a permanent mold foundry that uses zinc and aluminum as casting materials for quality casting products. Over our decades in the permanent mold casting industry, we’ve continued to develop our processes, products, and services. Using our continuous improvement mindset, we’ve been able to achieve fast lead times and competitive prices while delivering our clients high end products. The Batesville Products team walks with our customers from conception to the final cast. Beyond aluminum and zinc casting, we also offer machining, finishing, and tooling. In addition, we’re able to provide our clients with engineering and design assistance.
